Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when CabLinks may provide refunds for purchases or subscriptions.

General

Refund eligibility depends on the plan purchased and the reason for the request. We may require verification details (purchase info, account email, transaction reference).

Subscription plans

  • Monthly plans: refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase and if usage is minimal.
  • Annual plans: refunds may be considered within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to review.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • renewals after the refund window,
  • significant usage of the Services,
  • accounts terminated for violating our Terms,
  • third-party fees, taxes, or bank/processing charges where applicable.

How to request a refund

Email support@cablinks.org with:

  • your account email,
  • plan name,
  • purchase date,
  • reason for refund.

Processing time

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
